Fa’Pawaka

Sound + Breath Alchemist & Well-Being Curator

Explore Sessions

Fa’Pawaka is a sound and breath alchemist, meditation guide, and well-being curator devoted to helping individuals remember the innate power and potential within. Rooted in years of contemplative practice and diverse training — including Vedic Meditation (2008), MNDFL Meditation Teacher Training (2022), and Crystalline DNA mastery — her work blends ancient wisdom with intuitive artistry. Through sound, breath, stillness, and touch, Fa’Pawaka creates ceremonial spaces that support clarity, balance, emotional release, and deep reconnection to self.

She is the creator of Wholesome-Hour, a bespoke wellness session that integrates meditation, sound healing, breathwork, and bodywork. Each session is tailored to the individual’s current energetic and emotional state, offering a holistic journey that nurtures mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Her approach is grounded in contemplation, presence, and the belief that healing unfolds naturally when we reconnect to our inner intelligence.

In her personal practice, solitude and breath serve as her anchors through challenging times — pathways back to insight and purpose. Alongside her healing work, Fa’Pawaka is Associate Director at SUN.CONTEMPORARY, an artist-led gallery amplifying Indonesian and international contemporary voices, where her devotion to beauty, consciousness, and creativity continues to evolve.
