Dr. Jan Sorge is a breathwork practitioner and coach who helps individuals cultivate resilience, clarity, and emotional balance through science-backed tools and embodied practice. Before dedicating himself to this work, Jan spent seven years as a media lawyer at a leading Berlin firm, earning recognition as a Legal 500 “Rising Star.” His path into breathwork began after experiencing two stress-induced seizures early in his career — a wake-up call that revealed the cost of pushing beyond the body’s limits. Instead of stepping away, he rebuilt his life through systems of regulation, presence, and conscious breathing, discovering sustainable ways to thrive under pressure.
Jan now guides clients in releasing stress, accessing the subconscious, and tapping into the body’s innate intelligence. His sessions support emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and the resolution of internal blocks, leaving clients grounded, energized, and more connected to themselves. Each breathwork journey is unique, tailored to the individual’s intentions and openness to transformation.
